Shipping Policy

Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. Once the order is processed, the tracking number will be sent out. Bundles will take about 3-7 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Orders with custom-made units will be processed & shipped out  within 5-10 business days. All orders are shipped through USPS 2-3 day shipping. 

Return Policy

All sales are final. All sales are non-refundable. 

Refund and Exchange Policy

If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours after you have received your package. If you fail to contact us within this time frame, there will be no exchanges made for the product. When returning a product, it must be untouched, meaning the hair must not be unraveled, washed, colored, etc. The product must be sent back to us in the same condition that it was sent out. The package must be returned in the same state as purchased.

A refund will only be issued if you have paid for the product and it is not in stock.

Return Fees

You must cover your return fees and provide us with a shipping number. Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected and we will issue a credit for future purchases on our site. Credit is eligible for equal or lesser value.
